Lighten Up Shelf

A light efficient ply structure reminiscent in construction of a Moth sailing dinghy built by the designer in the 1980s.The shelf design incorporates radiata torsion boxes interior to each shelf which provide a lightweight solution with added strength. Curved sides brace the shelf reinforcing the piece more than the straight alternative.
