Matt Dikkenberg

I design to make the world a better place. Whether this is environmentally, socially, or economically, the client is the forefront in my design decisions. When the client is pleased with my design, this brings me the most satisfaction, and this is what drives me to continue making quality furniture.

Matt Dikkenberg is a furniture designer/maker from Launceston, Tasmania. After completing his Bachelor of Design and graduating from the University of Tasmania, Matt has continued to expand his knowledge base, enrolling in the Master of Teaching course at UTAS. Though studying is the priority, he maintains his furniture making passion and continues to make resplendent, bespoke designs, delivering quality products to clients.

At the age of 23, Matt has produced products for numerous clients and has worked with the Centre for Sustainable Architecture with Wood (CSAW), UTAS. Matt works with his clients in designing bespoke products. Using digital 3D modelling, the client receives a visual representation of the design before the making process begins.
