While in Tasmania to present a workshop to local potters on the art of producing restaurant-quality tableware, Malcolm Greenwood, who is perhaps Australia's most prolific production potter, will share his experience of designing and producing tableware for, and with, some of our nation's top chefs.
A passionate communicator, Malcolm will reveal his treasure trove of experience in all things related to creating and making a living from, handmade ceramics designed to meet the specific demands of commercial eateries.
